Christine Spagnoli Inducted into 2022 Trial Lawyer Hall of Fame

Christine

We are proud to announce that Christine D. Spagnoli, a partner at Greene Broillet & Wheeler, LLP, has been inducted into the 2022 Trial Lawyer Hall of Fame. She is one of four well-respected attorneys to earn this honor for 2022. On behalf of our legal team, we would like to congratulate her on this great achievement and milestone in her career!

The Trial Lawyer Hall of Fame was created by The National Trial Lawyers to honor legal professionals who “have exceeded the expectations of the public and their peers,” according to its team.

Finding its home at Temple Law School in Philadelphia, the Hall of Fame is open to students and the public. There, they have the unique opportunity to visit and learn the stories of this distinguished group of individuals who have fought on behalf of American citizens in the name of justice.

It is, therefore, a great privilege to be inducted into this prestigious Hall of Fame.

Attorney Spagnoli will be honored alongside her fellow inductees with an award at the Mass Torts Made Perfect Seminar in Las Vegas. The awards will be presented at a special luncheon April 6, 2022.

“I am deeply honored to be inducted into the Trial Lawyer Hall of Fame alongside a group of outstanding attorneys who are passionate about helping people receive the justice they deserve,” Attorney Spagnoli said. “Over the past three decades, working as a trial lawyer, I’ve fought to provide the best outcome for my clients. It’s inspiring to be recognized for that work.”

Attorney Spagnoli has been widely acclaimed for her skill in personal injury, product liability, and legal malpractice law. She regularly achieves multimillion-dollar case results for injured and wronged clients, such as the recent $25.9 million jury verdict she helped win for a deceased church volunteer’s family. That church volunteer suffered a wrongful death when a Ford 15-passenger van rolled over due to tire tread. The verdict was named one of the Top 100 Verdicts of 2018 by the National Law Journal.

Her other recent work includes serving as the Plaintiffs’ Co-Lead Counsel in the Federal Express Vehicle Collision Cases, all of which were filed over a crash involving a FedEx tractor-trailer that barreled over a median and struck a high school charter bus. Ten people were killed; dozens were injured. She and her team were able to negotiate a settlement to benefit the victims and their families.

This hardly broaches Attorney Spagnoli’s biggest courtroom victories. She is highly regarded throughout the legal community for her work in obtaining a $4.9 billion verdict in a defective fuel tank case against General Motors. Her work as co-counsel in the largest personal injury verdict in the state of California—$58 million recovered for a man severely burned by an O-ring—also earned her widespread acclaim.

Attorney Spagnoli’s career has been chock-full of accomplishments. To learn more about her work, visit her bio here. Or visit our press release to read more about her induction into the Trial Lawyer Hall of Fame.
