GBW attorneys represented a 61-year-old woman who suffered debilitating injuries after being struck by a school bus in a marked crosswalk. While in the course and scope of her job, the bus driver failed to yield to a pedestrian who had the right of way while crossing the street. The driver attempted to make a left-hand turn at an intersection when she struck the plaintiff causing permanent injuries. The plaintiff suffered severe facial lacerations, extensive orthopedic injuries that required multiple surgeries as well as emotional distress and depression. This webinar will cover tactics on suing a school district and an overview of California Vehicle Code 21950 CVC.
