GBW’s Molly McKibben and Christian Nickerson Honored as Rising Stars

SANTA MONICA, Ca. (June 5, 2015) – Two attorneys with the Santa Monica-based plaintiff’s firm Greene Broillet & Wheeler, LLP made the 2015 Super Lawyers list of Rising Stars. The list honoring the accomplishments of associates, Molly McKibben and Christian Nickerson will publish in the July 2015 issues of Southern California Super Lawyers Magazine and Los Angeles Magazine.

The Rising Stars list is developed through Super Lawyer’s patented multiphase selection process that showcases the industry’s brightest and most promising legal talents under the age of 40.

Molly McKibben has successfully helped litigate and settle a wide range of cases for the firm including a $7.4 million settlement with LA Metro for wrongful death, bus versus pedestrian accident. She also assisted in settling a $4 million wrongful death lawsuit involving a tractor-trailer that struck and killed a 46-year-old father and former Marine in a marked crosswalk.

Christian Nickerson was a finalist for CAOC’s Consumer Attorney of The Year Award (2014) for his involvement in obtaining a $10 million dollar settlement in Pedowitz vs. The Regents of the University of California. He was also a member of the trial team led by Partner Mark Quigley who won the 2015 Giant Slayer Award given by the San Francisco Recorder. Nickerson’s expertise in wrongful termination, whistleblower retaliation, and employment law has made him a key asset in the field of plaintiff’s law.
