Four of our acclaimed Los Angeles attorneys at Greene Broillet & Wheeler, LLP are set to speak on and moderate panels at the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) Annual Convention 2021. Hosted at San Francisco’s Palace Hotel, the convention will take place from Nov. 18 to 21.

  • Christine D. Spagnoli on “Cementing PMQ Topics and Admissions,” as part of Track II – Getting the Most Out of the PMQ From Discovery Through Trial.
    • Date: Friday, Nov. 19
    • Time: 9 to 10 a.m.
  • Bruce A. Broillet on “The Power of the Spoken Word: Emptying the Waterfall,” under Track I – Trial Tactics: Evidence, Themes and Strategies to Tell Your Client’s Story From Opening to Closing Arguments.
    • Date: Friday, Nov. 19
    • Time: 3 to 5 p.m.

Similarly, the following of our firm’s attorneys have the privilege of moderating two panels at the convention:

  • Geoffrey S. Wells will be moderating Track II – Product Liability, Defective Design/Manufacturer, Distribution, Amazon, and Other New Areas of Liability.
    • Date: Friday, Nov. 19

  • Ivan Puchalt will be moderating Track I – Skills Panel: The Nuts and Bolts for Successfully Opposing Any MSJ.
