Santa Monica, CA-Two lawyers with the Santa Monica law firm Greene Broillet & Wheeler, LLP were selected as 2014 Super Lawyers for their achievements in business litigation.
GBW partners Scott Carr and Mark Quigley made the list for embodying excellence in their field of practice. Carr has earned a spot in the Super Lawyers Business Edition every year since 2011. This is the first year Quigley has made the list.
Super Lawyers selects its winners through a thorough vetting process that begins with peer nominations. A third-party group researches each candidate across 12 key categories then those candidates are further evaluated. Only 5% of attorneys nominated are selected to Super Lawyers.

Scott Carr represents clients in the areas of business litigation, legal malpractice, personal injury, products liability, and employment litigation.
Mark Quigley specializes in litigating cases against insurance companies for the bad faith denial of insurance benefits as well as employment discrimination and retaliation cases on behalf of whistleblowers and employees who have been wrongfully terminated.
